Quicktips - How to finally get over that one person

You have a great day like every other. You are an example of a positive thinker. You did your daily affirmations after waking up, appreciated your breakfast, are happy, balanced & relaxed. But then somewhen along your day there they are. That one person. You knew them for quite a while. Suddenly your knees get week like so many times before, or you get pissed off all over again. This person you experienced so much with, but never really forgot what happened with them. They can either be a crush, an ex partner, someone you fought with, or everything together. No matter how much you tried to forget about them, nothing really made you get over them. You burned everything that had to do with them. You deleted every picture. But still, as soon as you see them everything inside of you goes crazy.

That's because no matter how much we try to delete everything that remembers us of them on the outside. Our inner information system still remembers every smell, every moment, everything we shared with that one person. Our body is so precise with remembering, that even if we accounted the most of what happened, uur brain still remembers what happened, long after the actual event. It actually saves every sentence you spoke with someone, every moment and every ever so little moment. We just don't remember these things consciously.

As soon as you see someone, you unconsciously remember everything that happened, depending on the event and how you felt, if i was more severe or just slightly. It is kinda like a trauma or phobia a human being can develope. But what can you do against it now?

You can in fact do nothing against it, but: just FORGIVE THEM & then let go

Yes you heard me right & I know it's a bummer. Of course some of your egos might be yelling around now. "Why should I forgive them??" "They didn't even give me a chance!" "They didn't even apologize!" or "They should forgive me after I burnt down their house!" Please, stay reasonable. It's best to forgive them, for there is no use of holding on to your old emotional patterns about this specific person. Anger, Hate, Despair, Guilt, Obsession - these are all feelings that only weaken you. So, no matter how much you've been hurt or miss someone, the only way to release remembered information is to accept this persons motives. Understand that they lead a life on their own. Try to accept their decision & forgive them for how they chose. Forgive them that they hurt you. It is the only way to release these old feelings & flashbacks. Accept their decisions & try to understand, maybe remember a situation where you felt like that person or even did a similar thing to someone else. Maybe you told someone you're not that much into them or got annoyed with a former friend, broke up with somebody, etc. I believe we all have been there & hurt someone for our own good.

Try to understand & forgive, but don't forget! People who hurt you a lot might hurt you again. So forgive them inside of you, silently, but don't forget what they did to you. There is a reason it didn't work out, so there is no need to cling onto something or relive it again. Love who you are & think before acting out.

10. She is simply the greatest best friend someone could wish for :)

March Favourites

Florals, Laces & Pastels
"Romance" is taking over the fashion world in Spring 2011. Pastel colours, floral prints, laces and golden accessories are everywhere to be seen! Floral dresses combined with waistbelts & boots are going to be as trendy as laces in combination with all sorts of denim pieces and flowers as hair accessories! Hair trends are going for loose soft curls & braids, such as romantic loose updos. So we say good bye to Winters boring greys and browns and hello to a dreamy, frisky and romantic Spring! We like!

Rocket Salad
Congenial to spring our food favourite in March is rocket salad! Rocket It has a rich, peppery taste, and has an exceptionally strong flavour for a leafy green. It is rich in vitamine C, beta-carotine and Folic Acid which makes it super healthy! (Also it is considered to be an aphrotisiac) Wether on a garden burger, on a whole wheat sandwhich or as one of many varieties of a salad dish. Rocket rocks every healthy meal - that's why we love it.

Philosophy - "Sweet on you" lip shine
Philosophy is popular for their delicious smelling products. One of my friends just got "Sweet on you" shine lip gloss while visiting her brother in San Diego. Back home she let me try it & I tell you it's DELICIOUS! This makes it my March favourite! It leaves a beautiful shimmery hint of a berry colour & tastes and smells like watermelon, strawberries & raspberry. Perfect for spring!

Natalie Portman
She just won best actress at the 8rd Academy Awards. She is awaiting a baby. She is incredibly pretty & has a great personality. There is little to not love about Natalie! She is a great role model for women all around the world. With a kind, modest attitude & alot of effort she made it up to the very top! All this & her touching speech at the awards makes her one of our March favourites!
